Al-Kotoot Al-Amna is an engineering company working in the field of electric, telephone, and water pipe lines Trading & Contracting, Omani company registered with all government agencies such as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Oman Tender Board and authorized electrical distribution companies in the Sultanate of governmental and non-governmental organizations.

AKAA started its operations in 2013 & in 2018 become part of Al Hilal Group of Companies and since then has set very high standards of operational excellence and quality, as well as efficiency and delivery. 

AKAA has grown to become a major player in the trading and contracting electrical distribution to meet the growing need of electric power industry in the region. The investment arm is chaired by Mr. Khalil bin Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al Hanai, who is one of the leaders of industrial action in the Sultanate of Oman and Chairman of the Board of Directors for several companies.
